These installations do not require expensive projects or obtaining construction permits.

A typical MOTU unit is installed on a power frame with a frame for fastening technological pipelines, equipment and cable racks, service platforms. Under the frame, a sledge with a drawbar is provided for moving the units on various types of transport. units are placed in one tier on the slabs. It is also possible to execute units on the chassis. Closed unit-boxes consist of a base, a frame made of a metal profile, closed from the outside with three-layer sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation.

Mobile units can be equipped with automated control systems for equipment and technological processes, allowing to operate the unit without the constant presence of maintenance personnel. Transportation can be carried out by rail, road or water transport.

MOTU consists of the following main units:

• unit of input comb URD-1;
• Gas separator GS-1;
• Oil and gas separators of the input separation stage NGS-1,2;
• Oil and gas separators with deep dehydration water discharge NGSV-1.2 (produced water metering unit included);
• Oil emulsion heater unit P-1, P-2;
• Pump units for pumping oil N-1, N-2;
• Flare unit (horizontal flare unit for the utilization of formation water and associated petroleum gas (HFC);
• Fuel gas treatment and distribution unit complete with gas metering unit (FGTU);
• unit of the automatic filling system AC (for the simultaneous shipment of four tankers);
• Unit for accounting and measuring the quality of oil at the outlet of the MOTU (OQMS);
• unit of an underground tank with a pump for collecting drainage from the ED-1 complex;
• Gas separator GS-1;
• unit of underground tank with a pump for collecting the coolant of the oil heater EDT-1;
• Nitrogen rail cabinet;
• Scattering Candle;
• Operator room with operator's workstation.
