Package modules can be placed on concrete or pile foundations, insulated with sandwich panels and equipped with engineering systems: heating, supply and exhaust ventilation, electric lighting, and an internal grounding loop. Additionally, the kit may include the following equipment: security and fire alarms, access control systems, low-current systems, heating cables for connection to external utilities.
Package modules are docked on the foundation, forming a single building equipped with lighting, heating, and ventilation systems. Can be used in both southern and northern regions. The automated process control system implemented in the stations makes it possible to guarantee the operation of water treatment facilities without the constant presence of personnel.
The optimized layout of the technological equipment in the water treatment plant allows us to place a pumping station inside the water treatment plant to supply water to the network.
According to the degree of water purification, water treatment facilities are divided into:
- water treatment facilities providing the degree of purification in accordance with SanPiN 2.1.4.1074-01;
- water treatment facilities that provide a degree of purification up to water supply standards for thermal power engineering;
- water treatment facilities that provide a degree of purification up to special standards, for example, for water used in production and others.
Upon request, a customized design can be made for any type:
- “northern” (for areas with a minimum temperature below minus 50 degrees C);
- seismic resistant (in areas with increased seismic activity);
- explosion-proof (at particularly hazardous facilities in explosion and fire hazardous areas);
- marine, tropical, as well as any special types of designs at the request of the Customer.
