- separation of associated petroleum gas from liquid with its subsequent use for own needs, supply to the consumer and combustion;
- formation water discharge and its preparation for subsequent supply to the formation pressure maintenance system;
- separation and dehydration of oil, followed by its pumping out by external pumping pumps;
- excess gas in the high and low pressure flare.
The equipment is delivered in the form of a prefabricated module/modules, assembled on site into a single complex. The dimensions of the supplied modules allow for transportation to the installation site by road, rail and other modes of transport.
The composition and design of the main and auxiliary equipment depend on the parameters of the working environment, customer requirements and the required quality of the product at the outlet of the plant. WDUs can be equipped with automated control systems for equipment and technological processes, allowing to operate the installations without the constant presence of maintenance personnel.
The WDU may include:
- gas expanders
- oil and gas separator with water discharge
- water treatment facilities
- drainage systems
- oil, water and gas metering unit
- pumping station
- heating systems
- reagent dosing unit
- flare plant
- SPTA and instrumentation
- control unit and other process equipment.
Advantages:
- Available mobile version
- Obtaining high-quality oil, as well as the installation allows you to unload the oil gathering system, including BPS, for a subsequent increase in oil production
- High speed of systems functioning
- The use of the entire volume of the separation section for water purification, as well as a significant reduction in the volume of fluid pumping due to the discharge of water directly in the fluid withdrawal zone, for example, to marginal wells
- Plant operation without the need for constant involvement of maintenance specialists
- Operational safety by providing automatic control and maintaining the established mode of operation of the equipment, installation of emergency protection, warning and emergency alarms
- Optimization of operating costs for electricity and reagents, reduction of capital costs for the development of the pipeline system and process site facilities
- Environmental friendliness
- Operation in areas with an average temperature of up to minus 50 °C
