Stationary gas treatment plants
Integrated gas treatment unit (CGTP) is a system of process equipment and various auxiliary devices that provides collection and treatment of associated petroleum or natural gas and gas condensate in accordance with the requirements of STO Gazprom 089-2010 (for further transportation), GOST 5542-2014 (for use as fuel), as well as in accordance with the requirements of industry (OST) and state (GOST) standards.
Integrated gas treatment unit (IGTU) is designed for purification, regulation, distribution, measurement and preparation of associated petroleum or natural gas to the specified parameters, which are to be used in oil and gas producing enterprises, as well as in petrochemical and chemical industries.
The equipment of Integrated gas treatment unit (IGTU) the GTU allows to carry out the following tasks:
- gas treatment to the parameters specified by the requirements of the technical specifications;
- gas treatment to a given gas dew point;
- gas treatment to a predetermined dew point;
- supply of gas with specified pressures and temperatures to the main pipelines;
- gas preparation for own needs;
- gas purification from condensate;
- gas purification from hydrogen sulfide;
- gas separation and purification using hydrate inhibitors;
- preparation of gas condensate.
The unit is mounted on an open site or can be a complete prefabricated unit, tested and adjusted to operating parameters. The composition and execution of each specific installation is determined based on the requirements of the Customer.

The units are designed for operation in climatic zones with air temperature from minus 60°С to plus 45°С.
GTU equipment is developed for various methods of product preparation:

- gas treatment plants by low-temperature condensation;
- gas treatment plants by absorption drying;
- gas treatment plants for adsorption drying;
- modernized gas treatment plant.

The completeness of the installation is selected depending on the specific technological process and technical specifications and may include:
- units of input manifolds for connecting gas wells, made in accordance with OST 26.260.18-2004 and an individual project;

- units of gas separators (mesh gas separators, centrifugal gas separators, flare separators, pipe gas expanders, modified gas separators);

- units of two- and three-phase separators;
- units of metering (test) separators for periodic measurement of well flow rates;
- column equipment (adsorbers, absorbers, desorbers);
- capacitive equipment (buffer, drainage, storage, consumable tanks);
- condensate stabilization units (rectification columns) with feedstock heaters and circulation pumps;
- units for regeneration of hydrate formation inhibitors with heaters and evaporators;
- heat exchangers (plate, shell-and-tube, multiflow, modified);
- reduction units (pressure reduction);
- chemical dosing units;
- gas coolers (chillers);
- air coolers; gas heaters;
- compression equipment;
- pumping and turboexpander units;

The GTP is produced in accordance with the requirements of the technical regulation TR CU 010/2011 "On the safety of machinery and equipment", technical specifications TU 28.25.14-018-50814179-2020 and a set of technological and design documentation.
