As part of the national project “Labor Productivity and Employment Support,” TECHNOTECS Company has achieved improvements in labor productivity and product quality. This result was accomplished through joint efforts with the Regional Labor Competence Center of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The following objectives were addressed:
- Encouraging the implementation of advanced managerial, organizational, and technological solutions to improve labor productivity and modernize fixed assets, including through the provision of tax incentives
- Reducing regulatory and administrative barriers that hinder productivity growth, as well as replacing outdated and inefficient jobs
- Establishing a system of methodological and organizational support for improving labor productivity at enterprises
- Developing a personnel training system aimed at teaching the fundamentals of productivity improvement, including through the use of digital technologies and platform‑based solutions
The project was implemented by introducing Lean Manufacturing tools as part of a program to enhance enterprise competitiveness. Under the pilot project for the production of pumping station units, process cycle time was reduced by 32% through effective production process organization.
During the project, working groups were trained in the following areas:

- “Production Analysis”
