On-Site Oil Treatment Units
Integrated Oil Treatment Units (IOTU) are designed for preliminary separation of products extracted from wells into gas, oil, produced water with subsequent purification and measurement in accordance with state and industry standards.
IOTUs are equipped with automated equipment and process control systems that allow the unit to be operated without constant presence of service personnel. Oil treatment unit can also perform a number of additional functions such as: gas separation, degassing and separation.
IOTU is supplied as ready-to-operate block modules that include process equipment, shut-off and control valves, process pipelines, automated control systems and other auxiliary equipment. Stations are delivered to the place of operation ready to be connected to the process pipelines and utility networks, which significantly reduces the time period required for putting the equipment into operation.
If a space-saving arrangement of IOTU is required, a multilevel layout of process blocks is possible.
IOTU Complex may contain:
- oil and gas separators;
- oil pumping units;
- oil dewatering and desalination units;
- preparation units of well products and auxiliary media;
- produced water treatment equipment;
- flare units;
- buffer and drain drums;
- process and storage tanks;
- automated process control system;
- power supply systems;
- other auxiliary equipment.
