On-Site Gas Treatment Units
Integrated Gas Treatment Unit (IGTU) is a system of process equipment and various auxiliary devices that collects and treats associated petroleum or natural gas and gas condensate in accordance with the requirements of STO Gazprom 089-2010 (for further transportation) and GOST 5542-2014 (for use as fuel), as well as in compliance with requirements of industry (OST) and state (GOST) standards.
Integrated Gas Treatment Unit (IGTU) is designed for purification, regulation, distribution, measurement and treatment of associated petroleum or natural gas to the specified parameters, which shall be used in oil and gas producing enterprises, as well as at petrochemical and chemical production facilities.
IGTU equipment allows to implement the following tasks:
- gas treatment to parameters set by the requirements of technical specifications;
- gas treatment to a given gas dew point;
- gas treatment to a given hydrocarbons dew point;
- supply of gas with given pressures and temperatures to the main pipelines;
- gas treatment for own needs;
- purification of gas from condensate;
- purification of gas from hydrogen sulfide;
- gas separation and purification using hydrate inhibitors;
- gas condensate treatment.
Unit is installed outdoors or can be made as fully prefabricate block-modular device, tested and adjusted to operating parameters. Scope and design of each specific unit is determined based on Client’s requirements.

Units are designed for operation in climatic zones with air temperature from minus 60°С to plus 45°С.
IGTU equipment is developed for various methods of product preparation:
- gas treatment units using filtration/separation method;
- gas treatment units using low-temperature separation method;
- gas treatment units using low-temperature condensation method;
- gas treatment units using absorption drying method;
- gas treatment units by adsorption drying;
- modernized gas treatment unit.
Scope of Equipment
Scope of the unit is selected depending on the specific technology process and technical specifications and may include:
- input manifold units for connecting gas wells, made in accordance with OST 26.260.18-2004 and individual design;
- gas distribution stations;
- gas separator units (mesh gas separators, centrifugal gas separators, flare K.O. drums, tubular gas expanders, modified gas separators);
- gas and liquid filters;
- two- and three-phase separator units;
- metering (test) separator units for periodic measurement of well flow rates;
- column equipment (adsorbers, absorbers, desorbers);
- vessel equipment (buffer / drain / storage / surge drums);
- condensate stabilization units (fractionating columns) with feed heaters and circulation pumps;
- hydrate inhibitors regeneration units with heaters and evaporators;
- heat exchangers (plate, shell-and-tube, multi-flow, modified);
- reducing units (pressure reduction);
- chemical dosing units;
- gas coolers (chillers);
- air coolers; gas heaters;
- compression equipment;
- pump and turboexpander units;
- pump stations (for pumping water / condensate, fire fighting);
- gas and condensate commercial and operational metering units;
- flare systems;
- gas and condensate operational metering assemblies;

IGTU is manufactured in accordance with requirements of Technical Regulation TR CU 010/2011 "On safety of machinery and equipment", Technical Specifications TU 28.25.14-018-50814179-2020 and process and vendor documentation package.
